Carolyn Hayes Kelso, FWS, is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design with a BFA in Illustration. A retired fashion illustrator/graphic artist/restauranteur who moved to Florida in 1994, she achieved signature status in the Florida Watercolor Society in 2004. She received the " Alan R Chiara Award" from FWS in 1999 and the "Cornelia Whitner Cambell Honorary Award" from FWS in 2004. Her paintings are in private collections throughout the United States. She now lives on the beach in St Augustine, is a member of the St Augustine Art Association, and P.A.ST.A Gallery, 214 Charlotte St, St. Augustine. Email: Carolyn Hayes Kelso
